USD · HSA / FSA eligible
A single all-in fee covering the 75-minute exam, all five clinical inputs, and the 45-minute Data Review with a Q Bio physician.
Payment
Credit card at booking, charged on the day of your exam.
Cancellation
$500 fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
