03

Add longitudinal infrastructure

06 · Partnership FAQ

Common questions from prospective partners.

Answers to questions we hear most often during partnership discovery. For anything not covered here, our partnerships team will walk through specifics with you directly.

Does the partner need to own an MRI?
Not necessarily. Some partners have an MRI on site; others coordinate imaging through a local provider as part of the patient journey. MRI access — owned, partnered, or coordinated — is one of the things we assess in the partner-fit stage.
Is the Q Exam co-branded, or private-labeled under our brand?
The deployment model is flexible. Most partner programs are presented under the partner's brand and clinical experience, with Q Bio operating as the infrastructure layer underneath. Specific co-branding arrangements are agreed during workflow design.
Who reviews findings — Q Bio or the partner's physicians?
Every Q Exam includes board-certified physician review. The specific clinical model — Q Bio's clinical support, the partner's own physicians, or a combination — is configured during workflow design, depending on the partner's care continuity model.
What data does the Q Exam capture and integrate?
Whole-body MRI, blood biomarkers, genetics, wearable and prior-record data where applicable, and physician-reviewed clinical findings. All inputs are integrated inside the Q Bio Health Dashboard as a longitudinal record.
How does Q Bio handle compliance and data security?
Q Bio operates under the applicable regulatory and data-protection frameworks for the jurisdictions in which it delivers care. Specific compliance posture, audit history, and integration controls are reviewed under NDA as part of the partner-fit and integration stages.
How does the Q Exam fit into our existing clinical workflow?
The workflow-design stage maps the Q Exam into the partner's existing patient journey, clinical handoffs, and follow-up model. The Q Bio Health Dashboard becomes the longitudinal record layer that sits alongside the partner's clinical systems.
Is the Q Exam available internationally?
Q Bio delivers the exam directly in Redwood City and through partner deployments. International deployments are evaluated on a partner-by-partner basis and depend on regulatory environment, MRI access, and clinical model. We are actively expanding the partner footprint.
What does the commercial model look like?
Commercial terms vary by partner type, scope, and geography. Specific pricing and structure are discussed once partner-fit and program scope are defined. The model is designed to support a premium service line for the partner — not a thin-margin volume play.
